Registration is closed. Thank you for your registration!

Registration Fee

The registration fee (10,000 JPY) must be paid at the registration desk in Japanese Yen, only in cash. Sorry but we cannot accept credit cards and checks.

Banquet

The workshop banquet will be held in the evening on the 2nd day (the 5th December). The banquet fee is included in the registration fee. Please notify in the registration form if you will bring your accompanying person(s) to the banquet, or if there are any dietary restrictions in the banquet.

Visa

If you need a visa for visiting Japan, please contact to the LOC (eaagn2017 [at] cosmos.phys.sci.ehime-u.ac.jp). Since it sometimes takes very long time to issue a visa, we recommend contacting to the LOC as soon as possible if you need a visa.
