We will present some results of near-infrared spectroscopic survey with Subaru/FMOS for star-forming galaxies at z~1.5 in the COSMOS field. We measured star formation rates based on Halpha emission lines and established the star-forming main sequence (the relation between the stellar mass and the SFR). Also we measured the Balmer decrement Halpha/Hbeta by performing stacking analysis and estimated the average properties of dust extinction.
