NIR Spectroscopy of star-forming galaxies at z~1.4 with Subaru/FMOS

We present results of NIR spectroscopic observations in the SXDS/UDS field with Subaru/FMOS. Among the observed ~1200 star-forming galaxies at z=1.2-1.6, ~340 show significant Ha emission lines. For these objects, the gas-phase metallicity is obtained from the [NII]/Ha ratio. We found that the mass-metallciity relation at z~1.4 is located between previous results at z~0.8 and z~2.2 and it evolves smoothly from z~3 to z~0. In this presentation, we also discuss some parameter dependences on the mass-metallicity relation including the galaxy size and the morphology.
