Hot dust emission which can be detected around 2-5 micron is often used for selecting active galactic nuclei, whereas 2-5 micron spectral energy distributions (SEDs) of star-forming galaxies are still not well constrained, unlike at longer wavelengths. Recent studies using AKARI found a large variation in the 2-5 micron SEDs of local star-forming and starburst galaxies. In this talk, I'll present results of hot dust emission detected in z~0.8 galaxies and their relations to such as star formation rates. These galaxies are observed with newly obtained CANDELS- and GOODS-Herschel programs including the central ~30'x15' region of the COSMOS field.<br>
