We are conducting a census of active super massive black holes at z=1-2 using the X-ray selected AGN sample in the Subaru XMM-Newton Deep Survey. We estimated the mass function and the Eddington ratio distribution function of SMBHs of broad-line AGNs in the redshift range (Nobuta et al. 2012). We are now extending the estimation including a population of obscured AGNs in the redshift range.
