This work aims to obtain rest-frame IR LFs for sources found at 3.6um and for ERGs (EROs and DRGs). At this rest-frame regime, one is probing the peak of stellar emission already beyond z~1, enabling a mass-assembly study at high-z. Already done by Ilbert et al. 2009 to the z~2 domain, here the goal is to push farther till z~3. Still in a preliminary phase, we approach the possibility of obtaining LFs for rest-frame PAH features (together with the separation between early and late type galaxies) in order to derive the SF evolution scenario at low-z (z<~1).
