We present the results of our unbiased survey for Ly-alpha blobs (LABs) using a set of Suprime-Cam/intermediate-band data. We identified 19 LABs within the 2 sq. deg COSMOS field, including both LABs with and without associated overdensities. The former ones show very high detection rate in the Spitzer/IRAC data (i.e., stellar-massive objects), while the latter ones show almost no detection. We are possibly seeing the general picture of LABs, avoiding the cosmic variance.
