I will discuss the identification of AGNs with 1.5 < z < 3.0, primarily X-ray selected by XMM and Chandra, using the zCOSMOS deep spectroscopic catalog. Furthermore, I will outline a select number of science topics based on this catalog such as luminosity and correlation functions.
