I will present results from the HST WFC3 imaging of extremely luminous infrared galaxies in COSMOS in combination with the data over the CANDELS fields. In total, this dataset spans over 1000 galaxies over two orders of magnitude in luminosity from z=1.5-3.0. I will present their morphological properties as a function of SFR an SSFR.
