I will review the use of the Rayleigh-Jeans dust continuum to trace<br>the ISM content of high z galaxies and then describe our results based on over 1000 ALMA pointings in the COSMOS field. We<br>quantify the dependence of gas content, mass fraction, SFR and accretion as functions of z, stellar mass and SFR relative to the main sequence.
