We have carried out the survey for strong emission line galaxies by the COSMOS 20 project that used the Suprime-Cam with 6 broad-band filters and 12 intermediate-band filters on the Subaru Telescope. By selecting intermediate-band excess objects from the COSMOS Official Photometric Catalog and applying spectral energy distribution (SED) fitting analysis to them, we finally found 3097 low-z strong emission line galaxies with z_ph = 0.01-1.22, EW_0 = 181A, M_star = 1.5×10^8 M_sun, SFR = 0.8 M_sunyr^-1, including 280 Ha+[NII] emitters, 2340 [OIII]+Hb emitters, [OII] emitters. Spectroscopic data taken by the zCOSMOS project for 81 galaxies among our sample are already available and we found z_ph derived by the SED fitting is in good agreement with spectroscopic redshift. Emission-line diagnostic analysis showed that most of the selected objects have large emission-line equivalent widths and small stellar mass, i.e., blue compact dwarf galaxies (BCDs) or extreme emission line galaxies (EELGs).
