We present the large statistics of the galaxy effective radius in rest-FIR wavelength Re(FIR) obtained from 1258 ALMA 1-mm band maps. Our ALMA sample consists of 736 sources at z=0-6. We homogeneously derive Re(FIR) and FIR luminosity L_FIR of our ALMA sources. We find that there is a positive correlation between Re(FIR) and L_FIR at the >99% significance level, showing the best-fit power-law function of Re(FIR)∝L_ FIR^{0.26+/-0.06}. Moreover, the average Re(FIR) at a fixed L_FIR decreases toward high redshifts. Taking rest-UV and optical morphologies into account, we discuss the physical origin of the FIR size and luminosity relation.
