I will present the Cosmic infrared background fluctuation measurements of the COSMOS field using the new SPLASH data. We found that the auto-power spectra are consistent among various epochs and are correlated between 3.6 um and 4.5 um. We confirmed the previously detected excess flux at large scales (~1000") of the power spectra that cannot be explained by any known source populations. Moreover, we revisit the cross-correlation between the CIB and the unresolved X-ray background (CXB), with much improved significance levels. The measured cross-correlation suggests significant contribution to the CIB fluctuations from accreting black holes and is used as an indirect evidence for the existence of direct collapse black holes in the early Universe.
