In this work we used combined HST/ACS (+WFC3), UltraVISTA and Spitzer/IRAC observations to search for the most massive quiescent galaxies at z>~3 in the COSMOS field the presence of which is challenging to hierarchical models. We further look at the clustering of this population compared to that of normal star-forming galaxies at z~3 using density map measurements in the COSMOS from photometric redshifts.
